you-time is all about you taking the time to get to know yourself better.

I believe that we must each take responsibility for our own wellbeing, and my aim is to provide various resources that empower you to help yourself.

If you are local to the Essex area, you-time offers various holistic treatments to support and nurture.

I also offer workshops, courses and retreats, which I’m sure will inspire you in some way on your spiritual path.

If you are not so local, then there are plenty of tools available here for you to interact with - guided meditation CDs and kits, books, articles, affirmations, videos, free card readings and more. These resources are constantly being added with you in mind.

No matter what stage of development you are currently at, we are all here to learn and grow. The cycle continues!
