Reiki Courses
Jo teaches all three levels of Reiki, using the traditional Japanese system, known as Usui Reiki Ryoho. “Before you embark on your Reiki journey, it is important to find the right teacher for you, so don’t be afraid to contact a few to see how comfortable you feel. Check out their lineage too – where did they learn and what do they feel that Reiki is about? Also, are they willing to offer ongoing support, after your course has finished?”
Jo encourages her students to work with and develop their intuitive skills. “I love the eastern method of teaching – it’s so simple and makes total sense. We westerners tend to over-complicate things unnecessarily! Reiki shouldn’t be regimented as no two people have the same needs. It’s great if you can work with your instincts.”
For all three levels, a student will receive:-
- Attunements
- A full explanation of how to work with reiki at that level
- A comprehensive manual containing everything you have learnt
- A certificate, clearly displaying your lineage
- An invitation to attend regular reiki share meetings – an opportunity practice, discuss experiences and share Reiki.
